It's the Return of Michigan Idol on Wednesday, July 20, 2011.

All new location and talent! The Willew Lounge located at 3005 E. Midland Rd., in Bay City will host the 8-week singing competition. (The competition was previously held at Art Dore's Stables Martini & Cigar Bar.)

Want to sing? Know someone that can? (No entry fee required) The Michigan Idol Show starts promptly at 8:00 with warm-ups starting at 7pm!


Last Choice Country Radio's Josh & Shawn will host the show! Returning Judges are Tommy Anderson, (Infinity & Paisley Fogg Bands), George Lynch (GLB Media Group, and former Judge Michigan Idol) and Announcing Country Music Artist Dani Vitany returns this season as a Judge!

Vitany was the Michigan Idol winner of November 2009 and since then has exploded onto the music scene with a National recording company. (See video below)

"We are extremely happy and excited that Vitany has agreed to volunteer her time to help this next season of Talent." said, Julie McCallum, Entertainment Director of MyBayCity.com who has been involved in the competition since its origination. Vitany said, "I am so excited about being a judge this season! There is a lot of talent in our area and people need to come show it off!"

MyBayCity.com will have weekly coverage of the competition including, a audio recording of each performance, by hosts Josh & Shawn from Last Choice Country Radio. Also the nights performances will be discussed on the Morning Show at www.lastchoicecountry.com every Thursday Morning at 10:20am!
