Northwood University Professor and Inspirational Speaker Jeff Phillips addresses the nature of achieving personal peak performance through the daily exercise of positive self talk, while maintaining an exceptional realistic self image.
Andrew Kornecky, Energize Chair, said "We're excited to get Professor Jeff

Kornecky continued, "His talk on Peak Performance focused on positive self talk, that we're
always "under construction" and that peak performance is not something
we achieve and can say "ahhh", it's something we live and continue to
work on our whole lives. It's more about our personal "equity" than what

Phillips is a Professor of Language Arts for Northwood University as well as
a highly acclaimed, inspirational speaker. He has shared his unique and
humorous speaking style with many Great Lakes Bay
