Delicious Desserts Made In-House at Old City Hall, Downtown Bay City

Old City Hall's chefs have stepped it up with their dessert menu.

Mike Shesky, Daniel Biskner and James Klass are making in house desserts. Shesky says, "People can tell that it's made in house."

According to Shesky it has increased their dessert orders. "What we use to sell in a week, we are selling in a day," Shesky said.

"We wanted to do our own desserts and everyone is enjoying it, including the chefs who love the compliments and are proud of it," Shesky went on. "I like to add some type of fresh fruit with them and have a variety, he added.

The in house desserts include the Raspberry Crisp and the Creme Brulee and the cakes are bought locally and OCH uses only premium ice cream. A local patron said, "There is so many levels of goodness and fun in the Raspberry crisp, it is my favorite!"
