Dr. Ken Nelson, Westbay Dental Receive 'Brick Award' at Chamber Breakfast

Dr. Ken and Staff Move Dental Practice to New Location in One Week

Dr. Kenneth Nelson and Westbay Dental received the Brick Award at the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Eye-Opener Breakfast held at Bay Valley on the 2nd Tuesday in April.

John Jataczak, from Chemical Bank presented the award to Dr. Ken and his staff.

Dr. Nelson said that he was very surprised that he could actually move his dental practice from one location to another and be back at work in a one week period of time.

Dr. Ken said he was very proud to receive the Brick Award from the Chamber.

"It took all of the staff chipping in, lots of hard work plus Two Men and a Truck to pull it off," Nelson said. The Westbay Dental Practice re-opened for business at 401 South Euclid on Halloween 2011.

Dr. Ken said he appreciated the support from the people of the community. "Small Business is alive and well in Bay City," Nelson said. And he again thanked the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce for giving him the award and recognition. "Good things are happening in Bay City," he concluded.
