Kroger Food Can Be Used For River Roar Event Entry

Free Entry With Can of Food Donation

The Dow River Roar, celebrating their 25th Anniversary Celebration June 22-24, 2012 announced the sponsorship of Kroger as the west-side gate FREE entrance sponsor with a can of food.

"We welcome all race fans to purchase a Kroger can of food or a non-perishable food item to gain FREE entrance on the west-side viewing area for Saturday June 23 and Sunday June 24, 2012," said event spokesperson Ginger Drzewicki.br>
Last year River Roar collected 10,000 lbs of food items that were distributed in the local communities.

"Thank you Kroger for sponsoring the west-side entrance gates," Drzewicki added.

Drzewicki went on to say that the River Roar appreciated everyone's effort and support with distributing food items to help those who need us most.
