Old City Hall, located in Downtown Bay City, is known for its upscale, yet comfortable atmosphere, fine food, dining and drinks. They are also known for their great service by the team of waitstaff and bartenders. Dan Harborth was nominated for his ever friendly and prompt service.

Chelsey Glysz, whose middle name should be "Speedy", is one of the servers at Midland Street Jacks located in the west side of Bay City, in the entertainment district of Midland St. Chelsey is a high energy bartender, with quick, friendly service and can keep up with large crowds of young tavern goers. Not an easy task for anyone and she always does it with a smile.
