Mark Mansell Will Ride Bicycle From Oregon To Main

All proceeds to Leader Dogs for the Blind

A "Picnic Meet & Greet" -- sponsored by Lions Club District 11 D-1 and will be held on Thursday, July 19th from 5:00pm - 8:00pm (rain or shine) at the Frankenmuth Lionhaus in Heritage Park. ((Next to the blue & white Kern Pavilion)

Cycling for Leader Dogs is a 3500 mile cross country bicycle ride by Lion Mark Mansell to raise awareness and funds for Leader Dog which provides free guide dogs to the blind & visually impaired. He'll ride from Portland, Oregon to Portland, Maine in 63 days beginning in June.

Attendees should bring your blankets & lawn chairs for a family style picnic.

Picnic food & beverages will be available for purchase.

Meet Mark and his wife, Debbie. Get a look at his specialized touring bike and trailer, enjoy raffles, a photo booth, visits with Leader Dog puppies, & live music broadcast by Last Choice Country.

All proceeds to Leader Dogs for the Blind.
