Saginaw Sting CIFL Championship Is Saturday 6/2 at The Dow

The Memorial Day holiday is upon us, and the Sting organization would like to wish all of our fans a safe and fun filled Memorial Day! The Sting would also like to thank all of our service men and women around the world for their constant dedication to our country.

Next Saturday, June 2nd, the Sting look to wrap up their perfect season during a rematch of the season's two best teams, the Saginaw Sting and the Dayton Silverbacks, who will play in the CIFL Championship Game.

In their last match up during the Sting's Fan Appreciation night the Sting beat out the Dayton Silverbacks 41-25. Both teams laid their heart and talents on the line in order to stay undefeated. In the end a couple of key plays in the 2nd quarter infused the Sting with energy to wrap up first place in the standings as the top team for the regular season.

The Championship action will take place on Saturday, June 2nd inside The Dow Event Center, on the Draper Auto Field. The doors will open up at 6:30PM and kickoff will be at 7:30. A special halftime performance will be brought to you by The Soul Men - a Blues Brothers tribute band from Cleveland, Ohio!
