It's Time For COMMUNITY E.T.C. (EDUCATION TREASURE CHEST)

Bay City, Michigan - For the 7th consecutive year, Do-Care Family Enrichment Center is coordinating the Community E.T.C. (Educational Treasure Chest) program.
Applications are currently being accepting for the Community E.T.C.program. This program provides backpacks containing school supplies to children and families in our community who are experiencing financial hardship.
Applications are available at Do-Care Family Enrichment Center -711 Ninth St ? Bay City, The Cat?s Meow Thrift Store ? 1465 West Center Road ? Essexville, and the Bay County DHS ? 1399 West Center Road ?Essexville. The deadline to apply is July 31, 2012.
Supplies will be distributed to children beginning August 21, 2012.In 2011, over 1,000 children requested school supplies through the program.
Each child receives a new backpack filled with grade-appropriate school supplies.Donations may be brought to the Do-Care Family Enrichment Center, 711 Ninth St., Bay City.
Items being collected include: new backpacks, notebook paper, spiral notebooks, pens, pencils, markers, glue sticks, erasers, packet folders, pencil cases, rulers and binders.
Financial donations for the purchase of supplies may be made to Do-All, Inc., 1400 S. Lincoln, Bay City, MI 48708.
