What's Happening in Bay City and Beyond

So...what's on my agenda for this weekend?? Well, let's see...

It would seem hard to beat a busy and fun PIG GIG like last weekend, but this weekend ahead looks to hold some great entertainment too!

One of my favorite bands, The Banana Convention, will be setting out to rock Midland Street Pub, in Bay City's west side entertainment district on Friday and Saturday.

Joining them Friday night, opening with an acoustic set, is our own Andy Reed, proving Midland Street will be a great place to be for music this weekend.

The Sinclairs will be in Millington at the Old Fashioned Days festival and are playing at the Red Garter Saloon this weekend and Green Boomer also plays a fundraiser concert at World Cafe Saturday.

As the summer winds down, I'm going to take every advantage as weather permits, to enjoy the outside decks around town. Some great outdoor spots to dine are, Hooters, Castaways, The Kingfish, Doubletree, The Stein Haus, World Cafe, Bier Garten and Washington Street Pun, just to name a few.

There's no shortage of fun things to do, great places to eat and excellent music ahead for this weekend.
