BugWater Media's Tim Roller took his show on the road this weekend to Little Fork's Outfitters in Midland. Little Forks, an Orvis shop in Midland, is owned by Bo Brines. "This is the best-selling steelhead video I've ever had in my shop," Brines said during the Saturday afternoon presentation.Roller, originally of Bay City, was promoting his new (March 1, 2005) Steelhead DVD - Temperature Rising: Spring Steelhead. Roller who spends over 200 days per year on Michigan rivers, gave a slide show presentation at Little Forks to an overflow crowd, autographed copies of his DVD and answered questions about the upcoming Spring Steelhead spawning run. "It's still pretty darn cold in the rivers," Roller said when askedwhen the 2005 run would peak. Roller went on to say that water temperatures are still in the low 30s in most Michigan streams and that a warm up will be necessary to trigger this year's Steelhead run.
