Jam Theatricals and The Dow Event Center are thrilled to present UNDER THE STREETLAMP, the fearless foursome of vocalists on a mission to breathe new life into the American Radio Songbook.
The singers will perform at TheDow on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 8:00 PM. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster.com, (800) 745-3000, all Ticketmaster outlets and TheDow Ticket Office (303 Johnson St.). Discounts are available for groups of 20 or more by calling Ticket Office at (989) 759-1330.
Audiences from their Spring Tour have enjoyed UNDER THE STREETLAMP'S joyous take on early rock & roll, doo-wop and Motown classics. Their live show, taped at the Star Theatre in Indiana, has aired over 1,500 times on PBS stations across the country and is one of the highest rated shows on PBS in the last year.
Formed in Chicago in 2010, the members - Michigan native Shonn Wiley, Michael Cunio, Michael Ingersoll and Christopher Kale Jones & all performed in the Chicago Company and National Tour of the Tony Award winning Broadway hit "Jersey Boys." The four singers realized their devotion to the classic tunes beyond the Four Seasons material required in the musical and formed their own group to revitalize the hits for audiences of all ages on concert stages across the nation.
