1st Annual Fast & Furriest 5K Run/Walk

Join people like you who care about animals and want to help save lives!

The Great Lakes Bay Animal Society's 1st Annual Fast & Furriest 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Pup Lap will be held Saturday, May 4 at City Forest in Midland. The event is a 5K run and a 1 mile walk.

Runners and walkers are encouraged to bring their canine companions and celebrate the special human-animal bond! Event t-shirts for the runners/walkers and bandannas for dogs will be available to participants who register by April 24. There will also be awards for top finishers!

All proceeds from this special fundraiser will raise money to benefit the Great Lakes Bay Animal Society's goal of providing quality care for animals that are in transition to their forever homes.

Saturday, May 4 - Midland City Forest
- Packet Pickup 8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.
- 5K Run/Walk 9:00 a.m.
- 1 Mile Pup Lap 9:15 a.m.
