Bay City Elks Lodge #88 Members celebrated St. Patrick's Day in style on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at
The Diamond Banquet and Ballroom on Midland St. in Bay City, MI.
A corned beef and cabbage dinner, Irish stew, cornbread and salad dinner got the evening started in true Irish fashion. Magician extraordinaire,
Tommy Anderson, amazed guests with his tricks and
Dan Szczepanski, "Danimal", played traditional and comical sets and engaged the guests to "help" him onstage at several times.
The Elks would like to extend an invitation to the community to become a member of their organization. The upcoming year, under the leadership of
Exalted Ruler, George Lynch, will be sure to be filled with charitable projects and fun social events.
The primary beneficiary of the
Bay City Elks' charitable work is Local Special Needs Children, Local Scholarships, Local Youth Athletic Programs, Local Veterans Organizations and Americanism Programs.
