Thinking Out Loud
Wait A Minute

My summer shorts are tight this Spring.

Again.

I've come to the conclusion that I should try these on in January, not April, because the older I get, the harder it is to get the pounds off. I'm definitely not leaving myself enough time for summer fun in anything more fashionable than a muumuu if I continue at this rate.

I better seriously get on it.

Come to think of it, I better seriously get on taking the Christmas decorations down, before I look like a lazy redneck watching fireworks around my yuletide wreath.

It's a proven fact too, that washing your car now and then is a GOOD thing, so why do I avoid it as aggressively as a teen avoids cleaning their rooms?

I better get on that before Andy starts wondering if the car he sold me was indeed pearl white and not some funky dirt-colored camo.

I better get on all the bottles and cans in my trunk that have been rolling around for days, (maybe weeks) because it's way past time to take them in. I don't know why I wait until it becomes a 3 hour recycling job and the crux of my weekend plans.

Overall, I guess it's just time to spring clean, get my "summer hat" on and get my rear in gear! Time to change my ways, quit procrastinating and...oooh, my Netflix is back up and I was in the middle of Downton Abbey when it went down.

I better get on that.
