Meet Mr. Deacon Thomas Hayward.

He is a local resident of Bay City and recent graduate of MacGregor preschool. At four years old he says his dream is to 'be an actor on The Walking Dead', and so he began his journey to fame in Detroit Michigan today!

Accompanied by his parents, Stacey & Nick Hayward, it was a long and exciting day of meeting professional actors and crew members. His mature attitude, calm and cool correctiveness won the staff over by far. Stacey says "I sent Deacon's head shots to a casting call on a whim and never heard back. All of a sudden yesterday I got a phone call asking if Deacon could be available for a different TV series shooting in Detroit on Friday! Everything happened so fast."

This brand new series is called "Low Winter Sun" and is shot and based out of Detroit Michigan. For now, all we can say is that Deacon will be appearing in episode 4 so stay tuned for his premier in August to find out the rest! www.amc.com/shows/low-winter-sun
