The Bids for Kids Online auction was launched on Friday, June 14
Midland, MI - June 14, 2013 - Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Great Lakes Bay Region has launched its second annual Bids for Kids Online Auction which includes more than 70 items valued at over $20,000. The auction features a wide variety of items including U of M vs. Notre Dame 50-yard line football tickets, an autographed Mark Dantonio Michigan State University Football, Vera Bradley bags, spa packages, weekend getaways, Gary Sheffield 500 Club commemorative cigars, scuba diving lessons and more.
A new addition to this year's auction includes "Little Moments, Big Magic" packages. The packages feature unique child-friendly experiences intended for children in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. Individuals are able bid on the packages and, in turn, the packages are donated to Little Brothers, Little Sisters or one of the children on the waitlist. Packages include a radio broadcast experience with 100.9 ESPN, rowing lessons with the Saginaw Rowing Club, canoe trips and more. Though there are specific "Little Moments, Big Magic" packages available, any child-friendly auction item is welcomed to be donated to a child in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.

One of the biggest ways individuals can help support Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Great Lakes Bay Region is not only to bid but to also share the auction link. The more individuals that bid on items, the more good Big Brothers Big Sisters is able to do in the community.
