Downtown Bay City has a new "King" of luncheon salads.
Old City Hall's Caesar Chicken Salad (Blackened) has met its match.
For the past five years, I've held high the banner for this Old City Hall Chicken Caesar salad. Proudly claiming its status as "number one."
Not any longer.
