'Jimmy Buffet Parrotheads' bring Key West Music to Bandshell

What a Night!! Kids with beachballs. Moms and dads with ParrotHead hats. Seagulls buzzing overhead. A Cool Breeze off the river. A marvelous sunset. What more could anyone ask for? This past Wednesday night was a glorious night in Downtown Bay City. And the "topper" for the night was the ParrotHead Band performing in the Wenona Park Friendship Shell. --- Advertisements ---

It was all part of the continuing Bay Arts Council's Summer Nights Series scheduled every Wednesday through September 7. Complete Wednesday in the Park ScheduleOver 1,000 locals gathered on the grass in Wenona Park to listen to a two-hour medley of Buffet hits that included: Changes in Latitude, Margaritaville,Cheeseburger in Paradise and the always favorite Fins.
