Rain or Shine, Shania Must Go On!
The Bay Arts Council Presents Shania Twin
August 3, 2013
By: Marcie Cervantes
That's right, rain will never stop these Wednesday night concerts from happening in downtown Bay City thanks to the Bay Arts Council.
This week, the opening act was local country rockers Dani Vitany & Ten Hands Tall.
Feature performer was a Shania Twain tribute act (Shania Twin) featuring Donna Huber. Amazingly, Donna has (1) met Shania Twain along with her family, (2) performed for Canadian Troops in Bosnia and Croatia, and (3) played the Calgary Stampede in Calgary for three consecutive years.
Wait, there's more ... Donna has also been a guest star on the Jenny Jones Show, had a nationwide CBS Special, articles in National Post, and CMT Magazine.
Donna says her greatest compliment was having Shania Twain mention Donna in her Autobiography.
Brave souls bracing against some wet Michigan weather!
