Only 300 toys to go.
Josh Sharrow & Shawn Doyle of Last Choice Country, along with Heather Herber & Amy Austin of Ash Event's took a break Sunday evening to spend time with their families.
The group, along with hundreds of volunteers have been holding a toy drive to benefit local kids since Friday -- in front of Millar's TV and Appliance on Euclid Avenue in Bay City.
The trailer has been parked at Millar's all weekend and they say they won't stop until they reach 2,000 toys!
This local toy drive benefits Bay City Lion's Club, Jaden Lamb Foundation, Santa's Cupboard, and Do-All, Inc.
Josh Sharrow, spokesperson for the 2nd annual "Stocking the Trailer" toy drive said today that, "We are about 300 toys away from reaching our goal." Sharrow went on to say that the group had a great day today!! "We'll be here until 8 tonight (Sunday) and then back tomorrow and stay until Tuesday.
Sharrow said everyone is going to go home a little early and enjoy Sunday evening with their families. "Thanks to everyone for all of your help on this Toy Drive!!!"
