REVOLUTION (TV SERIES) -- Wake Me! I'm Dreaming Again

Maybe It's All Just A Dream
Two years ago, I watched FlashForward . . . waiting for brilliance. (The plot was sooooooo intriguing -- (A mysterious event caused every single person in the world to simultaneously lose consciousness for 2 minutes and 17 seconds. During that time, people saw visions of their lives six months in the future.)
The storyline was so perfect.
23 episodes later -- How did that go so badly?
Currently . . . I am watching Revolution . . . for the same reason . . . I just really like the premise. (Somebody wrote bad computer code. All the power went out. And now the computer code is taking over.)
Since returning from a 6 week Christmas/New Year/Olympics hiatus, Revolution now appears to be a "lock" for cancellation after this . . . its second (Do I detect a trend?) season.
Watching recent episodes is like watching the creepy neighborhood kid burn an ant with a magnifying glass under a hot August summer sun.
First you think . . . "Whaaa?" . . . . wondering how's he doing that?
Then you ask for an explanation and just get ignored.
Then you stare wide-eyed at the strange complicated mystery of the physics.
Then you suddenly realize that something is wrong . . . horribly, head-scratching wrong.
Finally, you realize that you're just an un-witting witness.
And then . . .
Everything just starts to smell bad -- (cuz of the burning ant bodies.)
Remember when Lost (TV Series) went so terribly bad and then just gave up . . . Oh! Never Mind! (The Writers Said)
IT WAS ALL JUST A DREAM . . .
Here's an explanation -- Maybe the writers from Lost aren't "lost" anymore.
I think (maybe) they just showed up over on the set of Revolution.
And it's not a dream this time . . . It's a nightmare!
The good news is that it's almost over and time to wake up.
The Good News: Dale "Barbie" Barbara and Julia Shumway will be back soon with a second season (HeHeHeHe) of "Under the Dome."
