Dennis Beson, President of the Board for Dstreet Music Foundation brings a first time event to Downtown Bay City and hopes, "We can see 1000 people flow through the event throughout the day..we would consider that a success."

He explains, "One part of the Dstreet mission is to improve quality of life by bringing free or low cost concerts and events to the community." Adding, " We don't completely know what to expect as our Parkapalooza Sanford which is almost 11 years old now, had nearly 6000 patrons through the park last year."

"We pride ourselves at having a very organized event where people feel safe and can bring their families for no or low cost." said Beson. "It's great to see musicians enjoying an event they can bring their families to, while also fraternizing with other musicians in a non-competitive atmosphere."
