Your Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council, chaired by Dr. Lee Newton, Newton Eye Care, provides numerous small business assistance and advocacy programs, including seminars and technological assistance programs.
One example is the "Customer Retention and Internet Marketing" seminar that will take place Tuesday, September 23, 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. at COPOCO Community Credit Union, 4265 E. Wilder Road, Bay City. The cost is only $10.00 for Chamber members or $20.00 for future members.
Dr. Newton and Glenn Rowley, Paul Davis Restoration, will serve as facilitators for this fast paced and informative roundtable discussion.
Come prepared to discuss:
* What makes customers, clients and/or patients happy enough to come back for more
* How to increase your sales "without selling anything"
* Hear from local small business colleagues in a variety of industries
* How customer retention may have nothing to do with you or your business
* How retaining customers will save you money
As with all Chamber events, this program will provide a great networking opportunity with other small businesses.
You can register online at
www.baycityarea.com or by calling (989) 893-4567. Seating is limited so register today!
