PROPERTY TAXES- In Bay County we have 2 tax bills, summer and winter. Both of these tax bills are for one calendar year January 1st to December 31st. Even though they are billed at different times of the year, they DO NOT EXTEND INTO THE NEXT YEAR.

So when you pay your SUMMER 2011 bill this month it is for the calendar year of 2011, and the same goes for your WINTER 2011 bill. This information is according to the Attorney General. If you have any questions please contact me at remaxjeanann@gmail.com.
