City Manager Rick Finn, called it a "fantastic day" in Bay City for the 2015 St. Patrick's Day parade and fantastic it was. The weather cooperated and was improved considerably over the nine degree temperatures of 2014, making it a great day for all to get out and enjoy some good old fashioned fun!
