I saw "Inferno". It was okay. It was a tad confusing in that there were flashbacks and some of those were false due to a head injury suffered by the main character, Robert Langdon, played by Tom Hanks. It is based on Dan Brown's book, "Inferno", the fourth in the Robert Langdon Series. The film does differ a bit from the book which also confused me.
The plot revolves around a world famous geneticist, played by Ben Foster, who wants to save the world from overpopulation. He develops a virus towards this end and then hides it to prevent it from being found before it is released. Langdon is solving puzzles to find it with the help of Felicity Jones playing Langdon's helper, Sienna Brooks.
It was the weakest of the three movies from the series. Ron Howard has directed Tom Hanks in all of them. I think it was weak due to some confusion and the lack of intensity.
So go. Have fun. Eat popcorn.
