Best Bloody Mary Competition
and Mac & Cheese Cook-off
It's Midland Street's First Annual Best Bloody Mary Competition and Macaroni & Cheese cook-off, on Saturday, January 16, 2009. (11AM to 8PM)
In the spirit of a pub crawl and wine walks bloody mary connoisseurs can go bar to bar sampling everyone's Bloody Marys.
Samples are $1.25 at all locations. Vote on your favorite and drop the ballot at any Midland St participating establishments. (Listed Below)
Pick up your map and ballot the day of the event at any of the listed locations.
On Sunday, January 17, 2010 from 2PM - 7PM there will be a Macaroni & Cheese Cook Off at Duso's Bar.
Anyone can enter. Entry fee is $25. Entry forms and rules can be picked up at Duso's or by contacting Amy at 989-859-2935 or effortlessevent@gmail.com
ALL proceeds will be donated to the local chapter of the American Red Cross and to St Joe's Food bank.
Judging will begin at 2 PM. Celebrity Richard Pryor Jr, Sheriff Miller, and other local celebrities will be doing the judging. The public can sample the entries with a non-perishable food donation or a small monetary donation for the St Joe's Food Bank.
Winner of the Bloody Mary Competition and Mac & Cheese will be announced on Sunday at 7PM at Duso's Bar.
