DUNLOPBAYCO Says:       On August 18, 2008 at 09:32 AM Hi Dave, The Bay Health Plan appreciates your coverage of our efforts to pass the millage for affordable health care for working residents of Bay County. The Board of Commissioners will formally place the question on the ballot at their 5:00pm meeting on 08-19-08. This is history in the making as this is the first time (in the State of Michigan) a petition drive has been successful in putting a property tax millage on a ballot. I will keep you informed as to future developments.
