Kathy Says:       On December 20, 2010 at 10:26 AM Some people grocery shop on Sunday mornings, whether due to work schedules or preferences. Buying a bottle of wine with their groceries shouldn't disrupt anyone else's Sunday morning. If in Bay City but allowed outside the city limits it may cause people to shop elsewhere, hurting local businesses. Please reconsider.
