Chris and I were two of three women veterans on the Honor Flight to the WWII Memorial April 11, 2009. It was a very moving experience and we had a lot of fun sharing our wartime experiences. I especially enjoyed revisiting Washington; I was stationed there as a Yeoman in the Navy's Bureau of Ordnance.
