I am appaulde! My father died from cancer and my mother now has cancer and I think this is a disgrace to anyone who has ever had to battle for there lives...shame on you !

Cover up and think of something better to promote cancer awarenss....not just promote drinking and nudity! I'm also wonder why Bay city would permit this on a public street?
Doris says:       On February 23, 2010 at 08:15 AM
I totally agree with eiluj. Cancer is not a joke.

C'mon people . . . Lighten Up . . .

This is merely young men and women raising money for a good cause . . .

I can only think that both of you "complainers" are too old to remember what it was like to have "FUN"

What a bunch of old fogies . . .

Anybody ever here of the Polar Bear Plunge at Tip Up Town . . . ???

This is a great idea to raise money for cancer research. Both the radio station that sponsored it and MyBayCity are credible media groups in the Tri Cities.

I applaud their event and their effort to "give something back" to the community . . .

As someone who was an American Cancer Society volunteer for years, I can say that I'm think this fund raiser was fine. We should appreciate any effort by young people willing to participate in a fund raising event. Think of it as a mini-Relay for Life and be grateful.

Comment Meant For Eiluj and Doris . . .

There was a city-wide bowling tournament last year in Bay City that was used as a fundraiser for Cancer . . .

I bet they drank beer during the tournament.

I probably shouldn't have told you . . . I bet that makes you mad too.

Ha Ha! This is great reflection on today's society....Hm...because people have respect and morals they must be old and not like to have fun? Did I say people didn't have the right to have fun and even drink if they want to? The point I was making was if they feel the need to run around in their underwear then do it in private not in a public "family" restaurant and down public streets and they don't need to tarnish cancer research! Think about it "Anonymous people" would you like to have your daughter run down the road in her bra and panties for the "world" to see ...let alone possibly her boss and coworkers?...Then to have that same daughter followed by under wearing boys into a drinking establishment? .....And yes I've done bowl-a-thons for cancer and not once did anyone's clothes come off. Just remember the choices you make today follow you all your life, especially now that we have youtube!!!
Bob says:       On February 23, 2010 at 08:53 PM
Right on Doris and Eiluj! It is about time someone told it like it is!
Dave says:       On February 24, 2010 at 04:12 PM
Mature people.....young and old.....DON"T want to see you guys run down the street in your underwear!!

What is wrong with these establishments that permit this? Isn't it breaking some kind of decensy law?

People that would do this (no matter what the cause).....just dont have the character to make good roll models that we need here in Bay City!!!!!

Wake up people!

Maybe they should change their outfits to long sleeve and pants while we are at it! This is 2010 people! Get use to it! I bet you people dont TEXT either!!
Adam says:       On February 24, 2010 at 05:02 PM
Maybe you should watch the video ...its on youtube!

There was several girls wearing underwear and boys in boxer shorts, a few of the girls wore shirts, they were probably the smart ones! I'm embarrassed to say I recognized some of them, and yes thay were in underwear!

As for ther Hooter "uniform" thanks for clearing that up ...maybe the city council should check into that too!

I agree .....we DONT want this in our neighborhood!!
Eiluj says:       On February 24, 2010 at 05:11 PM
Since when does 2010 mean we have to lower our standards? FYI...I for one do text quite often! OMG...are YOU scared of Christian values and modesty? Did you not listen to you parents growing up when they told you to what was right and wrong?

I hate to step into this one, but i think this is a good thing, it gives people a place to Vent, these are the kind of people who would probably beat the crap out of their kids or someone, if they didn't get out there frustration somewhere like here.... or - try taking a crap or getting layed, that might work too... lets talk about tiger woods too, that would be fun!
