The Bay County Historical Society along with the Historical Museum of Bay County offer historic tours featuring mansions, cemeteries, ghosts, architecture as well as the River of Time annual event that is enjoyed by all ages!
Started in 1990, the River of Time Living History Encampment is a free educational event for people of all ages. Their encampment draws re-en actors from around the Midwest, who come to dress and live the roles of folks from a more simplistic, if sometimes more difficult time.
In the outdoor setting of Veterans Memorial Park on the bank of the Saginaw River it showcases a time-line of eras in the history of North America, Michigan, and Bay County.
