Trinity Lutheran Church, 1010 33rd St. in Bay City, hosted it's annual Living Christmas Card, a series of outdoor, live Christmas scenes that the public could view by driving or walking.
The scenes depict the Christmas story with costumed participants, including Roman soldiers on horseback and an angel choir.
Trinity Lutheran Church has given this gift to the community for over 15 years! Each and every year they add a little something new. The participants are members of Trinity, including the elementary school children.
Members from St. John Lutheran Church and St. Bartholomew Lutheran Church, Kawkawlin are also an integral part of making this event a success.
Approximately 190 people were involved this year as actual participants, setting up and tearing down scenery, preparing food in the kitchen and serving coffee & hot chocolate.
Scenes depicted below are Roman soldiers counting the people of Bethlehem; the manger scene; the angel choir; the shepherds in the field; the wise men.
