Spirit Hockey Military Appreciation Night, presented by Bay City Elks Lodge 88, will be held Saturday, Nov. 7 at the Dow Event Center.
All Veterans, active duty service personnel and reservists will receive a complimentary game ticket. Families and friends can purchase additional fund raiser tickets for the discounted rate of $13 with proceeds going to Elks 88 for local support of the military. Tickets are available at the Spirit Store, 5789 State St., Saginaw.

Door open at 5 p.m. in the Bud Light Blue Line Club for holders of game tickets. The game begins at 7:05 p.m.
Col. Rogers H.C. Donlon, first Congressional Medal of Honor Winner in Vietnam, will speak and provide a special photo opportunity for a donation to a non-profit organization.
Another guest speaker will be Sgt. Doug Szczepanski, who on 15 Dept. 2005 on patrol in Baghdad, Iraq, was attacked and wounded by a suicide car bomber aiming to take his life.
