For 50 years Bay City has celebrated St. patrick's day with a grand parade. Everyone comes out to either watch or walk. Being the 50 year anniversary, the parade was better than ever. Even The Honorable Jennifer Granholm, Governor of Michigan, came to celebrate the coming of Spring.
