The
Bay Area Women's Center is reviving the highly successful Wild Game Dinner that was formerly conducted by the American Red Cross.
The 2013 Wild Game Dinner and Auction is taking place on Saturday, February 2, at the Scottish Rite Center/The Consistory in Bay City.
This year's theme is
"Celebrating North American Food & Wine." The event is from 5:30 to 9:00 pm and is $50 per person.
An outstanding team of chefs, lead by Old City Hall's Fred Garcia, will be making the gourmet wild game cuisine. The other chefs include:
Heather Ebelt, Old City Hall
Mark Gloria, Bay Valley Resort
Mike Malusi, American Kitchen
Jim Martini, Martini's Custom Catering
Melania Paser, World Café
Christian Deyarmond, World Café
Shari Smith, Shari at the Willard Hillton
Awesome food stations will be paired with complementing North American wines.
Hundreds of local businesses are supporting the event through sponsorship and item or service donations. The event will feature a silent auction, live auction and raffles. Auction items include artwork, jewelry, restaurant gift cards, massages, zumba classes, and more.
The event is expected to sell out at 300 people.
If you have any questions, would like to donate an item or service, secure a sponsorship or reserve your ticket, please feel free to contact
Lynn Weaver, Director of Development, at 989-686-2251.
