The Chamber Tiger trip committee held their second annual bus trip to Comerica Park. "Chamber Day with the Detroit Tigers"!

Event included, Mitchell Bus transportation to Comerica Park, snacks and beverages on the bus, admission to the game including a soft drink and hot dog. While on the bus, there was 50/50 drawing and door prizes.

Tiger Trip Committee members include, Mike Debo, Chemical Bank, Dennis Dinauer, First State Bank, and Barb Dinauer, well known retired business women, who organized the trip.

Jo Ellen Strieter, Director of Programs & Events said, "Thanks to Jerry Crete, Ideal Party Store for graciously delivering and organizing supplies for the bus trip that were purchased by the Chamber.

According to Strieter, the bus trip was sold out with over 50 Tiger Fans ready to Roar.

At 9:45 AM on Thursday, June 16, 2011 The Mitchell Bus pulled out of Pere Marquette Depot parking lot, Bay City. It was pouring down rain when the bus departed, however when the bus reached it's destination = Detroit's Comerica Park it was "SUNNY AND SEVENTY-FIVE!"

Eric Jyhla, TV-5, who also attended, reassured everyone that the weather would break for a pleasant afternoon, and he was right. Every one thanked Jyhla! ;)

A good time was had by all, as the Tigers won 6-2 against the Cleveland Indians.
