Found the article interesting but left me curious about who is eligible to participate in the contest. Is it only residents of the Bay City area or is anyone who is willing to drive to the area eligible? Is there an age minimum? We are from the Rochester area and have a daughter who would love to participate. Is she elgible?
Agree? or Disagree?
