a Record number of players turned out for the 6th Annual Competition
Thirty-two (32) players suited up at at the Dow Bay Area Family Y this past weekend.
Mike Wisniewski, the Tournament Director decided to go with all doubles in 2018. In previous years, both singles and doubles tournaments ran side-by-side during the weekend.
The winning teams played a total of 10 games to take home the title. This year, Bay City's Greg Keenan and East Lansing's Joe Baldori defeated (21-19) Bay City's Ron Malecki and Paul McBride in a one-game "Winner-Take-ALL." Final.
The "A" division saw Saginaw's Mitch Larson and Scott Rettelle take down Doug McIntyre and Karl Briggs in a 21-5 final.
