The review process revealed that the hospital's Diabetes Education Program remains in compliance with the National Standards.
AADE Diabetes Education Accreditation Program
By becoming an accrediting body for diabetes education, AADE is striving to provide caregivers such as physician offices, clinics, pharmacies and community centers with a way to ensure that they are offering their patients comprehensive, effective diabetes self-management education and to achieve recognition for their efforts.
AADE is a multidisciplinary association of healthcare professionals dedicated to integrating self management as a key outcome in the care of people with diabetes and related chronic conditions.
