'Energize' Chair, Eric Finnigan, of The Wirt-Rivette Group, welcomed approximately 115 people to the recent Energize luncheon at Doubletree Hotel on Wednesday, February 29th, 2012.

Topic of the luncheon was 'Attitude, Leadership and Customer Service' led by speaker Dennis Beson.

It was a timely topic for so many that were in attendance, that are in the customer service industry and who strive to do it well. As Dennis put it, "It's the future of your job."

On the topic of leadership, "Being a leader is more than just giving orders", he remarked during his presentation. He went on to say, "The best leaders are the best listeners and they have balance. They know when to pat somebody on the back".

Beson offered copies of his new book, 'My Customer, My Co-Worker' after the luncheon.

For future events or to become a member contact Jesse Pero at the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, at (989)893-4567.
