People From All Over Michigan Participate In Winter Beer Festival

Beer connoisseurs from all over Michigan came together at Lumber Barons Charcoal Grill & Brew Pub on Saturday, January 23, 2010 for Mid Michigan's Winter Beer Tasting Festival.
The event was held in the Ballroom and conference Center, Located inside the Dore Riverview Complex on historical Midland Street, Bay City.
Connoisseurs from Sterling Heights, Mt. Pleasant, Saginaw, Lansing, Warren, Frankenmuth, Port Huron, Grand Rapids and more traveled to Bay City for the opportunity to sample a variety of Beers from all over as well as local breweries.
Beer connoisseurs complimented the Dore Riverview's Geneviene room as being the perfect spot for the event and the best view of Bay City!
LUMBER BARONS featured Brewed Beers were: Rauchoier, IPA, Hefe Weizen, Oatmeal Stout, Red Ale and the famous Toughman Doppelbock
(Right) Marty Rapnicki, Director of Brewery Operations at Lumber Barons Brew Pub was overwhelmed with the turn out. Rapnicki said, "The attendance far surpassed beer festival we've ever held in the summer. Looks like winter time is the perfect time to hold a beer festival in Mid-Michigan."
Rapnicki continued, "You can bet we will shoot for January of next year for this annual event."
