Bay Regional Medical Center Elects Officers

The Bay Regional Medical Center Board of Directors recently elected the following individuals to serve as Officers of the Board:

Chairman - William R. Bowen
Vice-Chairman - Mark M. Jaffe
Secretary - Gary E. Bosco

The Directors also re-elected the following individuals to serve on the Board for a three-year term ending in 2014:

Gary E. Bosco
William Bowen
Michael Gruber, MD
Dominic Monastiere
Robert Sherman (Senior Director)
Robert Winters (Senior Director)

Other members who serve on the Bay Regional Medical Center Board of Directors are:

Officers are elected annually and Board members are elected to three-year terms.
