The 2011 'Rewind By The River' was the second annual charity concert presented by Great Lakes Bay Regional Wellness Alliance Event held Friday, July 22, 2011 in Bay City's Wenonah Park.

A perfect summer's night was set in place riverside on Bay City's east side and hundreds of people from all over flocked in as the evening progressed. A 'Bay City After 6' Party was held in the VIP tent from 5-6 with a live DJ.

Opening act was Maybe August with headlining act featuring The Mega 80's band -- a real crowd pleaser.

Food & drinks and plenty of 80's themed item giveaways were also available.

All proceeds from the concert will go back to local charity groups and downtown Tri City preservation including:
  • Toni & Trish House
  • HHM Film and Music Festival
  • Bay Area Family YMCA
  • Studio 23
  • Great Lakes Bay Regional Wellness Alliance

  • Tony Jeske, Promoter and Manager of Old City Hall, said, "The turnout was fabulous!! It was such great weather and great music with great friends!"

Jeske continued, "It couldn't be such a great success without the hard work of Dave Dittenber, Thad Rathkamp, and Dan Harborth of The Great Lakes Bay Regional Wellness Alliance."

"Thanks to all the great sponsors, especially DuRussel Insurance, Old City Hall Restaurant, Freeland Family Medicine, Woody's Traction, Don Sabourin DDS, Larsen Graphics, Hymmco, and may others for their great support, added Jeske.
