It was a wall-to wall crowd at the Willew for the recent Michigan Idol Show held every Wednesday.
The singing competition was in it's 6th week of the 8 week contest! With two weeks to GO the contestants are raising the bar and also the audience.
The winner of the Michigan Idol singing competition will be announced on September 7, 2011.
The winner of the competition will receive Studio recording time with Andy Reed as well as a spot as a concert opener at the State Theater in Bay City. In addition, if the winner is a country performer, they will have air time on LastChoiceCountry.com
According to Idol Host Josh Sharrow, there will be visit from Reed at the next Michigan Idol Show.
Michigan Idol Judge, Radio personality Hairball John said, "With only two weeks to go in the competition several contestants stepped up their game and enter contention for the title of Michigan Idol."
Hairball, continued, "I personally find it very exciting to witness first hand the
incredible talent, of all ages, that we have right here in our backyard.
Can't wait to see what everyone brings to the microphone next week!"
