Mr. Rogers, you have really shown your view of this story through liberal glasses. I hoped that you would have researched the Flint Water story and reported it in a non-bias way, but I was wrong.

If you had researched the story, you would have found the the Flint river water is not the problem as you insinuated in your story.

Why are you blaming the Governor? Did he do anything with the water? Answer is NO. You're just a liberal Democrat blaming a Republican. Doesn't help you're story one bit.

You're also blaming the State Manager for the problem. Again you're just showing you're Liberal bias instead of any journalist skills. The mayor and council have failed to run Flint without going into bankruptcy, so the state has to step in and take it over. That doesn't mean that State person is a mis-manager.

You liberals seem to think that a private company can go bankrupt, but a city or town can't. That is not the case Mr. Rodgers, cities and towns can and do run out of money. In the case of Flint, it would seem that the mayor and the council have run out of money repeatedly in the past.

One more thing that you stated in your story that is basically in correct is the part where you say that the tests show "the water was 13,000 times above the safe level for lead." You're trying to make the story sound worse than it really is, so you wrote it this way. The fact is the tests show that most of the water around Flint is above the limits by a little bit, only one house in the city tested at 13,000 times. You made it sound like it is everywhere in Flint.

Why didn't you explain what really happen to the water system? I would think that would be how a real reporter/journalist would have wrote the story, but wait, you're a Liberal reporter and can only slant the story to make Republicans look bad or at fault. I wouldn't expect to get the real story from you.

Is Flint in trouble? Absolutely they are because it appears that the only way out of the situation is to replace the old lead pipes throughout the city. A city that has no money to even mow the grass in city parks in the summer. I'm guessing the state and federal government will have to pay for replacing the infrastructure of the water system in Flint.

What happen was an accident in treating the water. It damaged the old pipes and caused the lead to leach into the water supply. No one poisoned the citizens of Flint. It was an accident. Should the person who actually treated the water be fired? I would say maybe that person should be moved to a different job at least, since it's almost impossible to fire a Union employee in Flint, no matter the reason.

Most of your stories Mr. Rogers are entertaining to read, but try to report all the facts in serious stories like this one in the future.
