I agree with you, I think if anyone sees that you are having a bad day that they should say something kind, just to make you feel better, not something that will just make you feel worse! My friends, family and staff on the IceHawks, always make me feel better, when I am sad, with a hug and a kind word, and that is what you deserve, my son Robby always had a kind word for everyone, and always went out of his way to cheer anyone up if they were down, so, lets call it "Robby D forward", so everyone is required to say something nice to someone that is down, and just needs a kind word to pick them up!

Sassy and very sassy? Yes! Grumpy? Never!
