LEADERSHIP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is an issue of LEADERSHIP and INTEGRITY:

This has been an ongoing problem with this administration. All Talk and No Action. TALK THE TALK BUT DON"T WALK THE WALK.

It's disregard for the wellness of it's citizens has become common place and this strong arm management practice has to end "NOW".

Lets hit the Tax payer where it hurts the most; Services that directly affect the residents of Bay City. Take away Fire Protection; Police Protection; Minimal Street and Public Park Maintenance; and Infrastructure Depletion.

This cutting services to the Tax Payer and giving Raises to SELECT Management Staff is unethical to say the least.

Our City manager ask employees to take a 11% pay cut and gives out raises to his select staff.

This old SCARE TACTICS doesn't work any more. We know how this happens; less services will force the Tax Payer to give more and support increases.

Time for a change!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kudos to Mayor Brunner and Commissioner Elliot for grabbing the reins on this issue.

As for the rest of this Commission; Lets back the mayor on this one. No More renewing Bellman's contract based on friendship.

Time to do what is right for the citizens.

Like I said earlier:

Don't just
" TALK THE TALK" ; you have to "WALK THE WALK"

Put yourselves in the Tax Payers Shoes for once.

There is no more money to give.

"CUT, CUT, CUT, CUT, CUT, CUT, !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AND HIRE A NEW MANAGER;

HERE IS AN IDEA LETS GIVE DANA MUSCOTT A TRY HER DEPARTMENT RUNS LIKE A CLOCK.

Yes ,the sooner we get out with the old,the sooner we can get reorganized and off to a new start.

There is no support from the workers, and little support from the citizens. End the waste in Bay City, it is mismanaged, loans not paid back, if the wenona park property's loan (doubletree) was paid back,we wouldn't even be talking about this now.

I believe Belleman sit on that board also, (it's a) conflict of intrest!!!
