I believe the CITY employees SHOULD live in the
City. They would know how discouraging the high
bills,taxes,real estate devaluation, wasteful spending
and fighting have become. I am embarrassed with all
that goes on in the City and what the average worker
receives in comparison to many Bay City residents.

Buck up and follow the rules or chance to change them.................. The Commissioners
and Manager do not live in the real world. Everytime
a City employee or retiree complains- they give in.
The only reason I stay is that I would lose on
my residence.
